About PASTICHE EVENT PRODUCTIONS
My name is Mia Kartsonis, owner and principal planner/designer at Pastiche Event Productions. I started this wonderful adventure in 2014. Pastiche was born out of the desire to create extraordinary events while supporting newlyweds-to-be during the most important time of their lives. The name Pastiche (pas·tiche) is defined as "a work of art designed to pay tribute and homage". At Pastiche, every wedding is a creative expression of a beautiful masterpiece. Every event designed is an adventure of all five senses to curate the best experience for you and your guests. Every couple is special and unique, and your vision comes to life with the hard work and dedication that we implement from our first consultation to your grand exit. FAQ
Do we have to use your vendors only or can we bring our own vendors?
As your planner, I will recommend vendors I have vetted and have worked with in the past. This vendor list has been carefully curated to include only the best vendors in your area. Should you have vendors your prefer to work with, they are more than welcome to the team! In any case, all vendors should be licensed and insured to meet liability requirements.
How do you handle the planning process and how is the client involved?
As a part of your all-inclusive package, we offer all planning via Aisle Planner. This is an online portfolio where we store and work on everything from checklists, assignments, timelines, guests lists, seating arrangements, meal selections, vendor contacts, design studio, budget/payment tracking, etc. Anyone who would like to be a part of the planning process can be given access to view or edit, including vendors.
Do you provide any rentals?
Though we are not a rentals company and do no provide a large inventory selection, we do offer a small selection for an all-inclusive price. Inventory includes, but is not limited to, hurricane vase trios, votive holders, LED pillar candles, LED votive candles, table numbers, cake stands, cake cutting tools, cake toppers, signage, card box, dessert platters, easels and aisle runner. Our inventory is constantly changing, so please inquire for a current selection and pricing.
