About GLAMOUR BY JULISSA

For as long as I could remember, GlamourByJulissa, was an absolute dream of mine. After years of mastering the craft of makeup, my dream came to fruition. The foundation of what I was raised upon involved art. I believe the art of makeup truly allows ones self to have expression and to give my clients a sense of confidence and joy, no matter the occasion! With years of experience, I have had the honor of working on many high industry events such as Access Hollywood (2018-2019) and the Emmys (2022). My level of professionalism and work has been acknowledged by many including the mayor of Vallejo, CA as well as its local newspaper. Since 2017, I have been a prominent makeup artist working with the City of Vallejo for their annual Day of the Dead celebration ran by the non profit organization, Solano AIDS Coalition. I have had the privilege of working alongside celebrity makeup artist, Daniel McFadden. I am based in Southern California. I am am willing to travel anywhere in the world to to express my art.
