ABOUT.
SBSN: Something Borrowed, Something New was created after vent sessions to friends, family, and even coworkers brought the realization that there wasn't too much they could relate to (or enjoyed hearing about) when it came to planning a wedding. Surprised there was not already a space for soon to be brides and women owned vendor business, SBSN was formed.

SBSN provides you a community to go through the stresses and fun together. Here is a place where brides can share their engagement stories, show their dress off, have people with them during their frustrations and cheer them on when checking off an item from the to do list.

Not only do members have the opportunity to have questions answered by others planning but from a variety of vendors within the wedding industry. As a SBSN member, your wedding planning is helping others. Brides helping brides, turns into past brides helping current brides, and whole bridal parties and family members getting involved in the SBSN community. Our vendors not only are here to work, but network with each other. SBSN is a bride connection, a vendor connection, a bridal community connection. We support all love.

SBSN doesn’t stop on our network. We feature members on our blog, with their individual talents, and events to give you inspiration and more insight into who you are hiring. We host events, like meet and greets, mixers, and brunches for brides. Our bride box and store is the perfect place to celebrate you or those to be wed in your life. It’s not just about planning, it’s about loving and growing a community.

From ‘yes’ to ‘I do’ we’re here for you.
A little about who’s behind SBSN.

I’m Danielle and when I got engaged in 2015 SBSN was formed. Since then not only have I gained a spouse, but two kids. I’ve loved watching SBSN grow, and so happy to see the community that has helped so many like myself. When I’m not busy in the group, you can find me outdoors with my family. At the beach, in the mountains, at the river. Living life thankful for everything, one glass of wine at a time.
